Completed R Classes

No real programming updates lately because I used my free time to take a couple of Coursera classes:  The Data Scientists Toolbox, and R Programming.

They were only four week courses (technically they’re still going, but I’ve already watched the lectures and completed the quizzes and homework for weeks three and four), and I’m glad.  I’m kind of glad they’re over; My statistics jargon is rusty, and I really didn’t find the R language to be very interesting.

If there’s a rule of online courses, it’s that the ones you want to check out will always start at the same time, forcing you to divide your attention.  Right now, two other Python-related courses I wanted to check out have both started as well.  They’re longer classes, so I may be distracted with those for the next 7 or so weeks.
